Bridget Bean’s one-woman mystery/adventure is loosely based on her life – her personal immigrant experience to the USA from England, her search for meaning and connection, and her experiences working at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition where she portrayed real-life cabin stewardess, Mrs. Emma Bliss.
Bridget Bean emigrated to the USA in 1995 from Yorkshire, England (watch the play to find out why). Since then she has appeared in many productions including the one person plays Shirley Valentine, Talking Heads, and Underneath the Lintel, which ignited her love affair with the solo format. In addition to writing and performing her own material, she is also currently teaching adult classes on developing your own solo show. Additionally, directing credits include Shipwrecked: An Entertainment, Calendar Girls and Steel Magnolias. She recently appeared in The Elephant Man at Tampa Rep, and she may also be encountered in various guises at seasonal attactions in the Tampa area.
